Thirtyfour Media is a new international television production group consisting of independent producers from different countries. They talk about creative cooperation (connection), freedom (open) and growth. Thirtyfour Media is a collective/network that makes independent production companies collaborate internationally with the aim of growing the business locally.
The challenge In 2023 I was asked by Joris Gijsbertse to create the branding of Thirtyfour Media. I was asked to develop an innovative rebranding consistent with Thirtyfour's history and vision. Strategy
I designed a logo that reinterprets and pays homage to the meaning of "34", by using squares and triangles to form the numbers. Those are shapes with 3 or 4 points. The rectangles represent the thirtyfour’s stable character, whereas the triangles represent the freedom and growth. The dot represents the Media character of the brand and is derived from the red “recording” dot on studio equipment. Numerology Number 3 resonates with expansion and increase, charisma, optimism and joy, self-expression and creativity, communication and society, and manifesting your desires. Number 4 relates to hard work, establishing solid foundations, diligence and forethought, practicality and organization, determination and dependability, passion and drive. This makes 34 a number that combines creativity with thoughtful effort and hard work to manifest positive energies, opportunities and results. |
